The Idea of Textrad

Since the first year of university I've been hearing many comments about doing translations as a job. Many were saying that being closed in your house or in your office translating texts its frustrating, and others claim that the job doesn’t worth the efforts. Translating a text indeed requires much time, especially if with a very technical language, and the price is usually low for the time spent. This in part is true because usually translators work by his own and this does not stimulate or implement much the knowledge capabilities of the individual. Besides all people can think or say about this job, I've always been amazed by languages, and the different cultures from which they come from and I've been pursuing my objective and my studies. Languages are continuously changing with human development and require a constant upgrade in terms and technical knowledge. This work indeed, is often merged with new technologies, internet, and marketing for companies with foreign countries and as the market trends show, our lives is every day more connected to internet. All these pushed me to create Textrad, a company of professionals in text translations joined with others with experience in web design and internet marketing, a group who can cooperate solving translation problems, exchanging new techniques, material, programs, which can go trough language and technology barriers.
