Conditions
In this section is explained how you can assign a translation
to Textrad.
• The translation has to be ordered by an assignment letter in which
will be specified the due amount, payment and delivery terms. Ask for
a cost estimation, and send us the
text. We will evaluete the translation costs and send the assignment letter.
• Textrad must examine the document to translate in advance, to make a
cost estimation
• The text must be delivered in a readable form, with tables and diagrams
and other related document (if available).
• Textrad is responsible of the secrecy and protection of the assigned
documents until in its possession. Important documents can be ensured.
• For long text translation, textrad could ask a 20% deposit of the total
amount.
• The withdrawal of the translation is up to and charged to the customer
if not sent by e-mail.
